Terms of Service

G&Co. Studios · Effective August 14, 2026 · Applies to the Teletog application

These Terms are an agreement between you and G&Co. Studios ("we", "us") governing your use of the Teletog application. By creating an account or using Teletog, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Teletog.

Who can use Teletog

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

What Teletog is

Teletog lets you track the episodes you have watched and join a per-episode discussion room for each one, structured so that you do not see conversation about anything past the episode you have reached. Teletog is free and provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.

Community rules

Teletog only works if the rooms stay safe and on-topic. When you post, you agree not to:

• Post spoilers beyond the episode a room is for, or deliberately spoil others.
• Harass, threaten, or bully anyone, or post hateful content.
• Post anything that sexualizes or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation; see our Child Safety Standards.
• Post illegal content, spam, advertising, scams, or malware.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access, or attempt to bypass the spoiler gate, rate limits, or security.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your messages within Teletog for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Moderation and enforcement

Every message and profile can be reported in the app. We may remove content and warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that break these Terms, with priority review for child-safety reports (target under 24 hours). Automated tools may flag or hide content, but people make the final call. We may act to protect the safety of the community and to comply with the law.

Supporter purchases

Teletog is free, and it stays free. Every feature is available without paying: every room, every show, marking what you watch, joining a co-watch. Nothing is behind a wall and nothing will be.

Supporter is a voluntary one-time purchase that funds the app for a year. There are three amounts, and all three unlock exactly the same thing. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew. When the year is up it simply ends, and you keep using Teletog exactly as before. We will send you one reminder before it runs out.

Apple and Google are the sellers. You buy through the App Store or Google Play, they take the payment, and their terms govern the transaction. We do not process or see your payment details.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's refund policy, not by us. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: through your Google Play order history. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the Supporter features that came with it end. If something has gone wrong with a purchase and the store cannot help, write to us at the address below and we will do what we can.

Supporter features are a thank you, not a promise of any particular future feature. We may change what Supporter includes, and if we do we will not take away something you are already using without telling you first.

Ending your use

You can stop using Teletog and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required to protect users or comply with law.

Deleting your account ends any active Supporter period, and that is not refundable by us. If you are within your store's refund window, ask the store first, before you delete.

Service "as is"

Teletog is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that discussion will be free of spoilers or objectionable content posted by others, though we work to prevent it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&Co. Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Teletog. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Teletog after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
